1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Falvox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, paste, or otherwise provide to Falvox for course generation. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the transcript, notes, or source material you provide, OR you have explicit permission or another lawful right to use it.
• Your use of the source material does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• You have the authority to grant Falvox the right to process the material for educational course generation.

Falvox does not claim ownership of any source material you provide. The original video and its content remain the property of their respective creators.

3. YouTube Compliance

Falvox uses the official YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve public video metadata (title, channel name, thumbnail, description) and the official YouTube iframe player for video embedding. Falvox does not:

• Scrape or access YouTube transcripts or captions automatically.
• Use unofficial APIs, proxies, or scraping tools to retrieve video content.
• Download video or audio files.
• Store raw transcripts permanently.

Course generation requires you to provide your own transcript, notes, or source material. Falvox does not generate courses from video metadata alone.

4. Generated Content

Courses generated by Falvox are original, transformative educational content created by AI from your provided source material. Falvox:

• Produces paraphrased, original explanations — not verbatim copies.
• Does not reproduce long passages from source material.
• Does not create transcript-download features.
• Does not present copied captions as original lessons.

You may use generated courses for personal or educational purposes. You may not claim that generated content represents the original creator's exact words.

5. Content Reporting

If you believe your content has been used without authorization, you can submit a report through our Content Reporting page. We review all reports promptly.

6. No Warranty

Falvox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated educational content may contain inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently.
